Hello, I’m new to this game and have a simple question. In the aforementioned title, when I play this mode only the slowest friend time is listed above me to beat. It does not shown the leader board I have to climb, nor in game when you beat a none friend laptime. Is there a solution to this as I do not want to have to race my friends ghost every time I want to improve my lap time?

On the first page where you select the event press Y for leaderboards then go to whichever gamertag and press A and set as rival

Thanks, but after every race I have to choose some stranger to race because it keeps defaulting to racing friends times. I want it back to DEFAULT where I just head up the rankings when I beat the next best time just like when I had my first race.
