Does anyone know how long it takes from completing in game achievements and when it reports to the rewards site?

Good question! From observation it looks like they run stored procedures every 24 hours from a given point which I don’t know, to update rewards information such as points earned from unlocking gold achievements.

I figured it would be between 24-48 hours. I’ve completed several perfect passes just in one race over 48 hours ago and have yet to see the update on the site. Trying to reach the next tier before H3 launches. This is making it kinda difficult to know what exactly I need to focus on to get my point level up.
Sometimes it can take weeks if you’re unlucky

Not trying to sound like a jerk, but I would receommend “you do as many as you can as quick as you can” to allow enough time for updating.
Now, I don’t know which you already have, but here is how I would go about it were I you:
Cars owned ; you need 50. Depending on how many credits you have, this one just takes a bit of time, but is easy.
Paid Download: The season pass will complete this, but costs real money.
Showcases completed also gives you Driver Level and Miles Driven points as well. Some of these showcases take awhile (as in 1.5 hours or more). I believe you need to come in first, so set your opponents at the lowest level to be sure you come in first.
Unique Mods Used. set short races in free play. You can use 3 mods at once, so a total of 17 races with the correct use of mods. Just be sure to keep track of the mods you used.
Badges unlocked: You need 50 total. Some are quite easy, others not so much. Each level of Bronze, silver, gold and platinum for each badge count as separate badges.
Days played. No way to hurry this one. Just be sure to play a little each day. A total of 50 days is required.

I’ve done the majority of those things already. Just really need to level up, do mileage and get the rest of my badges.
