Restarting FH2

  1. Menu botton on the game, yes
  2. Manage game

You will see the local game data on the left, maybe your DLCs in the middle and your savegame on the right.

  1. Go to your savegame on the right

  2. Menu botton → Delete

If you want to start from scratch you need to select ‘local & CLOUD’
