We are aware that some players may not be able to redeem their weekly rewards on the Forza Hub/website. We are currently looking into this and will update this thread when new info becomes available.
This issue is now resolved. Players should no longer be seeing “Rewards are currently unavailable. Please try again.” when trying to redeem their rewards.
