Just wondering if anyone else cannot open the new expansion pack on the xb1. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled everything and I am still not able to access the it. I see there is a tier six on the only option that is not locked out but when I select it I get nothing. I am a tier four so is that what is causing my issue ? Any help will be deeply appreciated !!
Try going to Nice and do a race (completely) out of the Festival Services. Do NOT try to use any other portion of Storm Island until you are notified in-game of the availability.
