I’d like to provide feedback regarding the recent regional pricing change for Forza Horizon 6 on Steam.
I live in Uzbekistan. When FH6 pre-orders first became available after Developer_Direct, the prices were reasonable and felt appropriate for the region. I planned to pre-order the game and also purchase it as a gift for a friend.
However, about a week later, the Steam prices increased significantly.
Prices before the change (23 Jan 2026):
Standard Edition — $31.99
Deluxe Edition — $45.99
Premium Edition — $54.99
Prices after the change (29 Jan 2026):
Standard Edition — $48.99
Deluxe Edition — $69.99
Premium Edition — $83.99
This increase no longer reflects the purchasing power of the region. At the current pricing, a single copy of the game costs as much as several new AAA titles combined in our market.
I understand that regional pricing decisions are handled by the publisher, but I kindly ask that this feedback be reviewed and forwarded to the appropriate team. The original prices felt much more fair and regionally appropriate.
I’m sharing this to raise awareness and to see if other players from similar regions are experiencing the same issue.
