reason for my ban?

I’d like to know the exact reason for my ban if possible.

I already sent an email to forzafb@microsoft.com and
received an automated email linking me the ToU&ToS

P.s Please don’t be rude as this seems to be the only way to get
some what of a real answer.

Bans or enforcement of Xbox LIVE’s Terms of Use and Code of Conduct are not discussed on the forums.

You may have got an automated reply via email but they do read all of them. The get many emails and it takes time to read each one.
