do you know if the transmissions in Horizon 6 have possibly been updated?
I’m mainly interested in functionality similar to Assetto.
What I mean is: if the transmission setting is on “realistic,” then an automatic car should be usable without a clutch, while a car that actually has a manual gearbox should require a clutch and shifter, without having to manually switch between “manual with clutch” and “manual” yourself.
At the same time, the usual options should still be available for those who prefer them (automatic, manual, or manual with clutch). Since the core features are already there, it shouldn’t be too much effort…just assigning each car a kind of default behavior.
That would be really awesome and would add a lot of immersion into it.
