Hi Everyone,
I am going to be in Vegas in March for business meetings and have reserved a Lambo Superleggera and a McClaren MP4 to run on the Las Vegas Motor Speedway road course. I would like a tune that might match the real world cars I will be driving to practice with. I have 5 laps with each and want to post some good times. I believe they are stock cars, no aero that are set up for their track. They told me good drivers can get 160 MPH on the 1800 ft straightaway.
Surely your best bet is to run them stock
You would need to get the real world stats first.
If I ask the track what their set ups are, would they be in the same venacular as what we use in Forza? I’ll send them an email and see if they are running stock setups. Thanks for the replies, I am really excited about driving these cars. It will be interesting to compare the handling between the virtual and real world cars. I use a wheel so it should be quite enlightening.
I chatted with the track staff and they told me that the cars have the factory setup. I have two questions. Do Forza cars start with factory setups? They told me they change the tire pressures but wouldn’t tell me what they were, said I would have to talk to the mechanics at the track. Could anyone make an educated guess what they might be? The road course on the Las Vegas Motor Speedway has 7 turns, one banked at 11deg. and the 1800" straight. It is 1.2 miles long.
