Just play Horizon or any rally game if you want that kind of stuff.
You mean rain like we have now where track conditions would never allow for a race? Think turn one at brands hatch. Snow would be worse.
Especially on the Alps track. Though it would be comical seeing people navigate the ice patches on the various inclines and declines on the layout.
If you want to feel like you’re driving on ice I’ve got a D class 69 nova that has 550hp on the factory bias ply tires with no aero. It feels very similar to driving a modern car on ice.
But otherwise the only races in the snow are rally, ice racing, snowmobiles, and skiing. And those are purpose built vehicles not even designed to drive on asphalt. I don’t feel that snow would be a worthwhile feature to add into Forza unless they were going for a rally angle like gram turismo did years ago. But that requires a whole new bank of tracks, new upgrade parts, different build styles, tighter lanes with no passing opportunities (so staggered starts or constant accidents).
But putting snow on a race track would not be an enjoyable experience or represent any real life racing situation.
