Race suspension bump damping defaults are entirely too soft

They need like a 10% bump toward the stiff side. I’ve found that nearly every adjustable suspension default performs considerably well when I set the bump damping somewhere between 70 and 75% of the rebound. Everything else feels pretty solid. This cuts down the understeer tendency considerably. Most players aren’t terribly well versed in suspension tuning so giving them better starting points would be a huge improvement in pvp gameplay. The softer settings may have worked out in FH4, but not here in FH5. I don’t really notice too much wrong with the other settings other than ARBs. They feel a tad soft too. I find that I usually only have to stiffen them a few tenths.

The gist = increase bump damping a good 10% in all default race suspension tunes. Maybe stiffen ARBs a smidge too.
