Thanks I was close. I paint so many cars I lose track lol. If fm6 had the car I would but I don’t see many Pontiacs in there I kinda miss the 65 goat was a personal fav and it’s gone
I’ve always loved the two split style paint jobs like on the Pontiac… There’s been a huge influx of these styles over the last decade or so, and they often dhow off the lines of a car much better than “traditional” Custom Paint jobs do.
The Firebird in question certainly looks awesome, perhaps you could drop a similar job on one of the Pontiavs, or the Camaros in the game currently.
Those swooping lines lend themselves to this style of work.
I love the way you shadow the various colour combinations, as each additional colour by itself doesn’t have the impact without those shadow lines. I presume you know what I’m talking about.
I think you did some YouTube vids on how to do flames, if I’m not mistaken. If not, perhaps doing a few showing how to achieve such wonderful works of art could help many others find their own niche and style.
Who knows where it could lead…?

to be honest with all the junk flames that are in forza. ive been asked to keep painting and wanna retire my fictional crown soon. LOL 
i wanna have someone pick up my fictional paint brush and take my place so i can finally retire my worn out style.
If I trusted myself a little more, I’d do more. But I’m working up a decent arsenal of logos etc before attempting some real world livery test subjects. Then I’ll pop them up here for appraisal…
I’m a lot like you guys. If it’s out of line, or things don’t match or are out of kilt with the proper location, then that just rubs me.
I’ve seen many liveries on the Sharefront that look OK!! But when viewed in ForzaVista, you can see all the mistakes, the foul alignments, irregularities between left send right sides. The non-inclusion of safety markers on proper race liveries etc etc.
They get quickly deleted and no “likes”… But those that are from the reputable painters in here, always get a “like”, plus several “uses”… I believe it’s the least the end-users can do for all the work that goes into what looks like a simple paint job.
I used to paint cars in real life, many many moons ago. But never either the aid of computers. Do my initiation into theses ways is different. But I’ll get my head around it, in due course.

its all good i never painted a car in my life time for real but i get a little freedom in forza. i tried request and they get outta hand so i stopped. lately i get bored with playing and painting i try to grab a car and paint a end up staring at it for long and nothing to show. its gotten worse the older i get. i used to paint each day in forza 4 but now maybe 2 times a month.

If you do crack a few liveries out every now and then, make sure you post pics up so we can support your efforts.

I know what you mean about the ‘forza bug’ wavering. I step away every few months but do come back with a little vigour. But in Past FM was welded in the disc drive, now not so much.
Its such a shame that painters are a little undervalued in FM6, and with the lack of tools to linkup and create with others its become too much like hard work. Its probably why there is no buzz no paint contests, its just damn hard to do anything without T10 involvement.
FM7, lets see what happens but i hope you stick around and do keep painting

The heavy onus on photography in this iteration is just huge, but the lack of support for the painters that MAKE the cars come ALIVE on screen are sorely forgotten and it’s a crying shame.
And yes, you’re 110% right. There should be the ability to colaborate with others so that even more great liveries could hit the screens.
Imagine what it would be like if we could… It’s mind numbing just thinking about it.
And the need to reward those that do, more than just a weekly contest that gets no real press coverage, is paramount and a separate section on Forza Hub needs to allocated to help inject more life into creating even better liveries and artwork.
The inability to fo that right now is definitely mind numbing to say the least.
Come on Turn 10. You’re loosing great painters every day. I too used to have Forza 3 and Forza 5 locked into the drives, but not anymore. Even if mine IS a digital copy, you know what I mean.
But personally, I don’t think they are that worried to be honest.
If there’s a Forza 7, then it needs to have a much bigger garage, and storeage abilities for designers to store on their actual Xbox’s, not in the cloud.
Make them so they can only be used on the Xbox One, sure, but allow them (and replays/pics) to be saved to either the cloud or external HDD or Xbox. Like they do with the movies!!!
You can’t play the movies without using the Xbox One or 360, but you CAN STORE them on an external HDD or the Xbox One/360… Make it universal please. Or do you really want to loose players.?? Because you are!!

@Hotrod King: Do you have your hotwheels logos up to download? Just did a stingray that I have the car of, and can’t find any good looking logos that face both ways.
Here’s a to-, f9nd the best layer group on the Sharefront, then grab a shot of Kings car with your phone.
As you’re copying the best logo you’ve found, check it to The Kings, and adjust it accordingly.
Second tip. Try using the least amount of layers as human;y possible. Other who’s as you ad more logos, you’ll hobble up the 3000 layers per side etc very fast.
