I am having problems with getting race designs. It just shows me grey boxes. Any one help me with this?

sorry. Ehm, if you select a new car to race. It brings you to the race design select screen. But it doesn’t show me anything but the grey boxes at the bottom of the screen. I have to select a paint colour to purchase car.
