I wrote to T10 about the LOTUS E23 problem but they DON’T answer to e-mails…so what am i supposed to do?
Forget it and move on with life.

Yes, I’m serious, and in no way meaning to be nasty either, just in case it sounded that way.
There are literally people here that have been asking for some things to be fixed for multiple versions, over a period of years now. After a post in the forum, and an e-mail, you’ve pretty much exhausted all of the avenues. Until your particular issue becomes a major complaint, nothing is likely to change, and there is nothing more to do.

I take it you don’t understand how many emails they receive? The Lotus really isn’t a problem.
