How long will I stay under moderation for ?

As per the FAQ here - http://forums.forza.net/turn10_postst6805_Forza-Motorsport-5---Game-FAQ.aspx , until you can prove yourself a responsible and positive member of the community which would include not starting threads to ask questions which are in the FAQ.
When you were placed on moderation you should have received a PM detailing why you were placed on it and how long it would last for.
