Sorry to post this again but I have been searching for an answer to my question and can’t find anything close to an answer I understand.
I purchased the Car Pass in the Marketplace and have installed all of the car packs. However I do not see any new cars anywhere in my game.
Can someone help me find all of my purchased cars and what some of you are calling a garage.

You don’t see the cars in their respective manufacturer section of the ‘Buy Cars’ screen?
From the main screen select career.
From the next menu select cars.
On the next menu there should be an option called “my cars”. That is what people are calling their garage.
There is another option called “buy cars”. That is where you will find the dlc cars until you buy them…but they should be free the first time you buy them.
