Purchased Horizon 2 Fast 7 Car Pack, installed, cars do not show in garage. How do I retrieve/unlock?
Same with the Fast & Furious car pack 2. $10 down the drain 
Everyone’s freaking out, hah. Just hard reset and see if they show up free in the Autoshow.

If a hard reset done properly with all prerequisites completed fails to yield the preferred result, yes. You’ll be forced to delete your save locally and on the cloud. I’d recommend waiting for now because all of these issues are likely caused by Horizon 3’s servers and their relative issues.
I’ve done a hard reset and it’s still not working. Wish forza would give me my money back or help
This is why you don’t buy a game that’s the predecessor to another, newer game that has just come out from the same company using the same servers for all games in the series.
