Actually Rallyz, it’s just part of the roof & I noticed it flashed when I was switching from side to side using LB/RB. I know what you mean though and I’m probably not the only one who spends a couple of minutes moving a shape around as far as the coordinates go just to see what might be paintable. This time it just flashed when I highlighted the 1st square I put down to cover the whole roof.
Similar thing with the placement of that eagle Aqua, this car has the Rear Wing option one extra RB press from the Rear Bumper as you cycle through 
Don’t know about you guys but I feel like the wide body kits are more of a pain to paint and cause more problems to layouts than previous games? I don’t like sharing multiple files of the same paint if I can help it and took me some time to find one layout that would suit all builds for this one.
That’s weird, I even created a 100 x 100 square and couldn’t get it to flash. I’m on PC, I’ll try on the Xbox later. It must be one of those odd ones like trying to paint the Unimog top.

It’s looking like this might be my last ‘free’ week as my Company will be calling people back to work from Monday. Hoping to get one more done before then though.
Must be one of those quirky paint issues to add to the list 
I checked last night and I’ve actually got a smaller square on the light that’s sized to cover it so that I could play with colour or masking options, maybe you could just do that on computer?
Nah, don’t feel that way, just as long as it’s what you want to drive around in I reckon that’s good enough mate. Great to see them all in one post like that. I’m not on Discord so I’m wondering what else has been created for the comp?
Tried on the XBox as well as the PC. Couldn’t get anything onto the light. Weird, never mind, another mystery!
Interestingly, I note that in your pix, the first two don’t have anything on the light, but the latter ones do.
Ah, I think I see what’s going on now… the blue light cover isn’t paintable and doesn’t flash when you place a vinyl over it, whereas the orange light cover does 
Ah, of course! I hadn’t noticed you’d got both colours in the pix, and assumed it was blue. Odd they are different, although not entirely surprising…
Mystery solved!
