Hi guys and welcome back to our 3rd release here on the TM in FM5, this time we have something rather special for you in B class. We are pleased to offer up a 92 NSX, tuned by our tuner PTG Mesasphere, this car has turned out to be a serious grip monster and has climbed up the Leaderboards very nicely indeed. Not to mention it is ripping it up in the lobbies. Now on to the paint, PTG have had the honour of teaming up with top Fantasy painter Gr333nz on this car, and as ever he has not disappointed as you can see from the pictures below Gr333nz has delivered another awesome Fantasy livery. So from PTG and Gr333nz we welcome you to the Darkside.

• Assists: Any assists allowed
• Build/Tune: Must use the build and tune provided
• You must record your lap via the game DVR if not a PB (read Verify Lap info below)
• Dirty laps are allowed BUT Clean laps will always be higher position like the FM Leaderboards
• You must post up in this thread with your laptime and gamertag once set a time
• Anyone is allowed to enter (includes PTG team) *PTG Team can’t win Prizes though
How to verify lap if not a PB:
As soon as you are happy with your laptime pause the game so we can see your laptime and then say “Xbox Record That” to your TV. What this will do is record the last 30 seconds so we can see your laptime on the pause screen and also shows the Class you ran too. Or Snap the sidebar and use the ‘Game DVR’ Then once recorded post up here with your gamertag so we can check it. Keep your clip until after the Final results have been posted.
I tried searching for the tune and it appears both Mesasphere and Gr333nz have a tune. Gr333nz is labelled as “ptg darkside”. Are both tunes the same except with different rims?
Awesome paint Gr333nz… Gave it what I could today PB 1:19.026 (#190)… But I will go back for the 1:18.xxx. Nice job Mesasphere on the tune… it hauls butt and handles well. Is the brake pressure up in the 130’s ?
Nice guys. Look forward to those times coming in. Would be good to watxh some twitch feeds too whilst hotlapping. Just remember to turn archive on incase we miss the live feed.
I will jump on tonight around 930 central and give it a go. I should be on twitch too as long as its not lagging to bad. I havent ran to many non front engine cars so this should entertaining.
I have downloaded the car, but since I wanted to make a couple of achievements related to Long Beach I drove it there instead of Catalunya at the moment. In the next few days I will set a time also on Catalunya and see how it behaves in MP lobbies. However your releases are always top quality, and this car is no exception, fast and fun to drive in its cool design. Both Mesasphere and Gr333nz made a great job.

The car is a lot of fun to drive, and I can see where why it is setting some really good times. It’s pretty sad, but the best I could do was 1:22.648. I’m amazed that some of you can cut 5 seconds from this. I could see myself getting another 1 second or so off if I ran another 50 laps, but can’t imagine going much lower. Anyway, thanks for the tune and the great artwork. Good luck all!
