Problems with Aspiration Conversions

For the following cars I have purchased the “Twin Turbo” Aspiration Conversion, but it will not allow me to install the parts:
2008 BMW M3
2012 BMW M5
2013 Ford Shelby GT500
2013 Subaru BRZ

I have checked my disc, and it has no scratches or anything on it and everything else with the game is working properly.

If anyone has a solution, it would be greatly appreciated.
