Problem with tier rewards

I am on tier 9 and for several months it doesnt count my FM7 gamescore so i can go to tier 10.
It stuck to 415/1000 gamescore but i have 745 gamescore for at least 5 months now.
I only need 73 points to level up.
Can anyone help me?
