What is the difference between pre-order cars and regular cars they look the same
Not much
Just the name tag
And they are tuned to the max of their stock class
That is all
This, according the Horizon 3 Pre-order page:
“These cars will be tuned to the top of their class”

Do you still have the option to tune them or is it locked
Yeh you can tune them exactly like every other car
The default tune is just the maxed class one
No special livery or anything else
You would think they would do some kind Of livery to make them stand out

With pre-order cars you have the car in your garage straight away. For example i pre-ordered Horizon 3 and i got the ferrari 488 pre order car and i didnt have to buy it in game to own it
