Keep saying “Can’t install. We will retry shortly.” when I try to preload the game. Whats wrong. Is it the server problem or my system.

You will all need to contact Microsoft for support on this, it’s a Microsoft store or Xbox live issue.

This is Happening to me as well. It says Error: See details. I click on see details and get Code: 0x80070005. I tried Microsoft support but they were no help at all. I honestly dont know what to do and I hope its fixed before the game comes out.
I Actually fixed it. After multiple days of trying to install it I finally got it to install. I tried so many different things. At one point my download size kept increasing so i googled that and also ran the trouble shooter. I found that my app store was crashing and hanging apps. Then i searched how to fix that.
