I redeemed my my credits from Forza Horizon 2, but they did not post to my account. It has been about a week.
Any help with this problem?

Xbox.com shows no Achievements for FH2 on your account. Have you played but not synched to Xbox Live?
His/her whole account is set to private (well, in public view, that is). Do accounts with such a privacy-settings “conflict” with Forza Rewards?
