Why haven’t we seen Nurburgring yet? (contrary to common speculation, it’s not a track vs. track choice)
A few years ago I would have been much more interested in this, just being a fan. I listened, but it just seems like yet another PR spin filled, damage control interview, from yet another favorite dev/series, post uncomfortable release. Frankly, even if it isn’t, I’ve heard so many variations of the same basic PR themes, (too many times in recent years), to be able to reliably tell the difference between PR spin and truthful heartfelt honesty half the time these days.
Unfortunately, knowing that my own perspective may very well be flawed, or biased, doesn’t change the fact that to me it just feels like damage control, and I don’t really need to hear it all for the umpteenth time.
For those of us who really don’t want to listen to the whole thing, can we please get a run down (summarization) of what was said about each item? I really don’t want to sit through all that. (I never liked listening to podcasts, just reading notes from it)
I would be totally willing to do that. Only problem is, I don’t remember what I heard now. I could be wrong, but I don’t think there was anything all that new, or all that remarkable really.
At least if those bullet points ManteoMax posted are from the interviewer, they have a pretty good idea as to what the pressing questions from a majority of the community are. Unfortunately, rarely in interviews like this do you get any sort of revealing information. I’ll skip on listening but appreciate the posting.
