Physical Ultimate Edition

I remember about over a month ago on one of the week in review posts, they said something about certain retailers getting Physical Ultimate Editions, I’m assuming ones like Gamestop and the such, anyway, none of them have it yet, is there any news on when they will happen? Forza 6 is only about 6 weeks out. Well if you get the ultimate edition its about 5 weeks away.

Dan Greenawalt already stated there would be no Ultimate edition whatsoever. You can buy the car pass and VIP pass separately, but the only physical copy will be the standard 10 year anniversary edition. There is already a thread discussing this.

When I say Ultimate Edition, I mean like the one you can buy on the Xbox Marketplace, not a Limited Edition, which yes, I know they are not doing as he stated it, I saw the tweet. The Ultimate Edition is something else entirely, which is something they DID say there will be a physical copy of at select retailers, its the same as the digital Ultimate Edition game, its just a physical version of it. But they haven’t said anything after the mention of it in the WIR a month or so ago.

That’s really confusing, it says select retailers will have it, then says it’ll only be the standard edition, some clarification that only digital Ultimate editons woukd be sold at retailers would have been nice haha, but thank you for the clarification.

Not confusing at all,everyone knows the ultimate and the deluxe bundles were digital only,it just meant some retailers would have besides the MS Store. It even says digital bundles.

I’m retailler in Belgium since 15 years old now and i can confirm you that there is no limited edition for Forza 6 , only the “10 years edition” and of course the Xbox one console special Ford GT colors with the forza 6 “10 years edition” (dlc not physical disc)… I checked all my contacts and it’s sure.

So if you need ultimate , vip, … => go to Xbox live Marketplace

Don’t you know it cost money to print codes on a piece of paper and put it inside of a game case and charge the same price as the digital ultimate edition? lol. I seriously don’t know why they couldn’t just do it. Also, from previous games the $100 “ultimate” won’t include all the dlc, because they will probably release something and charge extra.
