[PC] Xbox One controller advanced dead zones not working

On PC, playing with an Xbox One Elite controller, the advanced settings does nothing: dead zones, maximum input setting, … on both triggers and stick.

I don’t know if it’s caused by the October 1st FH4 update or the Windows 1809 update I installed yesterday, as I was mostly playing with a wheel before that.

I tried Forza Motorsport 7 and the advanced settings are working as usual, so it’s either the game or the controller’s driver in FH4.

The same is happening on console. This problem is there since the release of the demo, it needs to be fixed.
