[PC] Massive fps drop / increased GPU load after August 15 Update

Dell Vostro 7570
i7-7700HQ
1050Ti @391.01
12GB
Win10 Pro with gamemode and gamebar off (pretty clean OS since it’s my business/company notebook and I have no Admin rights, so it’s basically only Win, Office, Tidal, Spotify, PC2 and FM7)
Logitech G920 w/ latest firmware and Win drivers

FM7 graphic settings: Ultra @1080p, everything @dynamic with the 60fps VSync target and only mirror reflections set to low.

Until August 15 update I was able to steadily achieve 60fps (VSync on) with full grid on all tracks except for the Dubai. GPU load has been app. 80-95%, gameplay has been completely stutter free. Of course it has been necessary to restart game after 2-3 track changes because of inreased GPU load after track change, but it’s been no issue for me.

Unfortunettly August 15 update completely ruined gameplay in terms of FPS.
The update (re?)introduced some kind of a bug.

If I launch the Free Play from the main game menu and set the grid to 23 AI before the track is loaded, then even in practice before the race (where there is only one car) GPU load is 100% and I’m getting app. 50 fps (unplayable). Starting the race the fps level remains the same @ 50fps and overall the game is unplayable at all.

However if I launch Free Play from the main game menu and set the grid to 3 AI before track is loaded, then I have rock solid 60 fps during the practice and during the race. If I raise from the race menu (after the track is loaded) the number of AI so the grid is 15 I am still able to have solid 60fps during the race. If I again raise the AI number to 23 from the race menu I have still rock solid 60fps during the race with full grid (24 cars).
Raising the AI number directly from 3 to 23 in the race menu results in massive fps drop and the game needs to be restarted.
Raising the AI number in the race menu from 3 AI to 15 AI (and then running the practice for a second) and again raising from 15 AI to 23 AI is necessary to have 60fps at Ultra preset during the race.

Unfortunettly this trick can not be applied to Forza Driver’s Cup and Online since the AI number cannot be changed from the race menu. Of course I can play with graphic settings (which I am capable of) but lowering the settings makes the game stuttering - I have 60fps, gpu load at 60-80% but the game stutters every 2-4 seconds so badly (pauses for a split second) that is unplayable.
So, for the moment, I can only use FM7 in Free Play mode.

I have reset the game and the settings with no effect.
I have uninstalled the game and now re-downloading the whole again (with no hope).
I will post screenshots in the evening to better clarify the issue.

I am fully aware that I may be the only one with such a strange FM7 behaviour and T10 will not address the issue, but I hope someone will look inside the latest update to see what’s been changed and what might be the cause.

I have simillar observations.

I have i7 8086K CPU, 16GB RAM, GTA 1080Ti and also have FPS drops below 60 FPS recently. Resolution 3440 x 1440. Drops shows only with AI drivers.

I havent got any monitoring software, etc. Graphic settings maxed out. There was no problem before august… So I think there is a problem in game.

How do You disable Game Mode in Windows? There’s no such option in Windows Settings. There is only information that this computer is compatible with game mode?!
