(Pc) fps drops

Hello

So if i play fh4 i can play it on ultra 2560x1080 with 60 fps in the benchmark, but when i play myself i have ridiculous stuttering, does this happen because of connection?

Specs :
I3 8100
Rx580
8gb ddr4 2400
600w psu
1tb hdd

Pretty low spec CPU and RAM, open up task manager while you’re playing if possible to find the bottleneck.

On taskmanager my cpu uses 80% But why is the benchmark at 100 fps? Il post the benchmark results after i get back. And i forgot to say i can play for maybe an hour before stuttering starts.

overheating?

No its not overheating, but i was just thinking can this be a HDD issue like in need for speed 2015?

Cpu goes to 55°C after playing for 2 hours so that cant br it

Possibly memory leak then, as you’re playing the memory usage is probably creeping up, another 8GB RAM would be a worthwhile and cheap upgrade.

I have an advice that worked for me since I also have 8GB of RAM: Download Wise Memory Optimizer, run the game, go past the start screen and start it normally, take a car and stop. Minimize the game, run the program to optimize the RAM, let it do its thing, then just close it. Play the game, it should help quite a lot, it did for me. For some reason the game eats RAM like breakfast when you start it for the first time, freeing that RAM will now allow the game to take RAM more slowly and will not hang up or stutter your PC, try it.

Also, that i3 8100 won’t be able to hold some settings at Ultra or High in open world areas because its 4 cores so try the settings one by one to see which ones cause stutter.

Thanks i will try that , but on ultra the fps just stays a stable 60 fps its just that after a while it just gets this horrible stuttering so i guess its a ram thing then
