Can’t play online at all since I bought the game. Every other game works perfectly. NAT Type is open, connection to xbox servers are up and running according to Xbox App (I’m playing on PC).
I’ve gone through all the multiplayer connectivity issues troubleshooting solutions, all the teredo configuration solutions, all the NAT type solutions, multiple times, to which the Xbox App and Google brings me to solve this issue if I’m looking for help.
Forza support ticket is unanswered for weeks now. Seriously, I’ve been through every solution topic here, on reddit, on official support pages, nothing works. And it’s effecting about half of Hungary by the way.

I try to raise awareness on social media - if more people would chime in this could maybe create a reaction?
They are not even acknowledging it at this point in time…
Same thing keeps happening on the xbone. Fix ur servers. Omg they’re horrible. Constantly disconnecting from an adventure. Roads disappearing, car stopping for no reason. 3 wasn’t like this so what da are u guys doing? The first horizon had the best Multiplayer setup with actual lobbies to race in. Go back to how the 1st one was.
Microsoft and Turn10, FIX this nonsence already, i was only able to play online on the first day with the Ultimate edition and now having this issue for a month… This is a **** joke.
Thinking about the issue… i did install win10 1809 update on the beginning of the month, when the game stopped working online and the FH3 it has the same issue, i´m going to rollback doing fresh windows install, since i install from a ISO i cant rollback on updates.
I had this since release on XONE. The patch that came in yesterday may have adressed this. I did not get a single disconnect message during a 2h+ session.
On my german Fritz!Box (Cant change language, sorry) i had to uncheck: “Teredo-Filter active”, It reads further: “This filter blocks teredo-packets. Teredo is a tunnel protocol. Devices in your home network can build a own ipv6 connection and bypass your routers firewall. Teredo isn’t required normally, if your router does support a native ipv6 connection in your home network. Deactivate the teredo filter only, if a device in your network does require teredo and it it is okay for you if some of your devices can bypass the router firewall via ipv6”
Alright. Second thing i did was checking if teredo is running correctily on my pc. Spoiler: It wasn’t. So:
Open CMD (Command Prompt) as admin
type in netsh interface Teredo show state
Check what it says. If something is disabled or not ok, type:
netsh interface Teredo set state type=default
If above command didn’t work, this was the case also for me, try:
netsh int teredo set state natawareclient
Finally this worked. Xbox App is connecting fine and Horizon online mode working.
Please, fix it
