[PC] bug wheel binds

with my ts pc racer,

• i can’t bind handbrake.
  it doesn’t save, and the horn is auto-binded with handbrake at the button 10, but i want to bind handbrake on my usb handbrake.
  -i can’t use separated direction, it’s reversed.

Demo was perfect it saves and works very well.

Same problem by me, in the demo all was perfect to bind buttons with the wheel… also the handbrake. but not in the full version…
