Option to store tune as local file

Give player the option to:

  • export a tune as a local file
  • import a tune from a local file
  • these tunes do not need to be cross-saved
  • tunes stored locally should not use the in-game limit

Being able to export the tune as a text file would be helpful for sharing, at least on PC.
