Being that the game can get grindy, I sometimes run a race with extreme assist mode on and let the AI do its thing to finish out the last half of a race, or build carXP for me in free play. The are you still there feature is fine, but if I’m running a long race, I don’t want to have to come back every 20ish minutes to tell it OK.

Yeah no that’s not what this feature is there for anyways. No it shouldn’t be grindy, but I am tired of people using assist just to farm xp and stuff when people really need those for different reasons, not for you to try and cheat how to play the game.

Why did they made it then so u MUST grind lvl’s for ALL cars, even duplicates u have of the same car. They should’ve done it per manufacturer like in FM4. That was perfect. Now I’m racing 4 hours in a stock car just to be able to upgrade and try the upgrades only to discover that I don’t need that particular car. That’s just stupid. Like Alex said. This is just a time sink.
