Better File Management for Saved Tunes

File management for tuning setups is a very time-consuming chore using the game’s current interface/menus. I don’t know how many tunes I have, or which cars I have tunes for, or which of my tunes are shared, or how many (if any) downloads my shared tunes have - and I don’t know of any way to conveniently view & manage all my tunes. Currently, the only (dreadfully inconvenient) way I know of for finding my tunes is to select each car in my garage one-by-one, then select the “setup manager” and …
