Why is the online not loading me in I have 100% connection my Xbox says all connected but still won’t let me in online to race was fine yesterday now today no go is there any way to fix this

Was online last night no problems I went to get on today n won’t let me in session y is it doing it all my stuff is new I brought a Xbox one just for this game the other day
