Im a little confused right now. When loadiong up Horizon i did notice the little “Saving Marketplace Data” in the top left corner and thought Horizon… new cars… cool. Had a look but nothing new so i just went online as usual. I’m sure for a good while my online level has been gold level 50 but when i go online today its yellow level 1. I spoke to a friend and he said it happened to one of his friends. Any one got any idea what is going on?

This happens the first time I enter multiplayer. In my experience, it changes back to your normal online level after restarting your console, then it’s fine for the rest of the day. Its strange that it seems to be happening when you first log in after a while. A couple of people have suggested that it may be a issue with the servers? It has definitely happened only recently and for me, 3 days in a row. I really hate the heart stopping moment when you think you’ve lost all that hard work but it turns to be fine!
Also can you access the design storefront okay? Before I restarted my console the first time it happened, I could only see 1 paint job that was on the same car but the paint job was different??? Do you still have your cars?
The thing is i was playing only last night. I play pretty much every night so it cant be anything to do with not playing for a while. Also tried the reboot but it was still the same. Did you lose your club?
This happened to me earlier today. Club was gone, rivals scores erased, all leaderboards appeared freshly wiped with only 90-100 posted times per event. My gold expired so I didn’t go online, but the highest ranked player in the online XP leaderboard only had a couple hundred thousand XP. I sent an email to Turn 10 detailing all of these issues. About 15 minutes later I rebooted my console and cleared out my system cache - suddenly everything was back to normal.
This same thing happened to me too. I was playing two days ago (green and level 46 I believe) and nothing was wrong, then I logged in yesterday and did some paint work, went to go upload it and all the paintjobs I uploaded weren’t in the storefront menu where it shows what paintjobs you have on the market. Then I went out and test drove my newly upgraded cars and noticed that all the speedtrap leaderboards were reset because it said that I was in the top 1% of all of them that I went through even though on most of them I wasn’t even going 100mph. I figured it was just some type of glitch and it will fix itself so I went online and 90% of the people online including me were reset. I was at yellow, level 1 and whenever I leveled up I didn’t get any rewards but all my cars and money were still there. Then I played again tonight with my friend (didn’t check single player to see if my paintjobs were there since I went right to multiplayer) and I was back to were I was. My guess is it’s a server issue.
well, same happend to me yesterday but after reset console etc nothing is back… 50gold level(done feeeew times) and club is gone… i emailed them but autoreply said to post here.

but have question… if 2 players are playing on same console can they send cars between accounts like wenever they want? cause ive done that with my fiance acc and that might be why my onlin was reset
I doubt that would make it do that because all gifting cars does is take it out of your garage and send it to someone elses where they can save it to their save file via a messsage. The message gets transferred over the servers, not over your xbox so doing it on the same xbox wouldn’t be any different.
