Am i the only one thats not happy with the online free roam? From what i understand you cannot host public free roams, and you can only invite your friends, which seems to drastically limit your social interaction with other players. The cool thing about FH was that the public lobbies brought together players with the same interests. Sure you would get some jerk ruining lobbies from time to time, but it was a way to meet and interact with other players on a social level that you just can’t do on FH2. The game is great, i just enjoyed the online setup in FH better because it gave more opportunity to meet cool people online. Just curious if anyone else feels the same way…

You can join online public lobbies, if you are in first, or the players leave and change, you might eventually become host if you have a good connection. But being host doesn’t matter in public lobbies anyways because you can start up races and events either way without having to be leader. I don’t see what the big problem is?
from the videos online I thought every car online was a real person, that kind of excited me about the game. On top of everything being a drivatar, online free roam is only 12 people and 16 is what should be minimal nowadays.
Same here. What made TDU 1 so fantastic was the sense of playing with the rest of the TDU world switching seamlessly between versus racing and single player races or just honking at another player and doing a quick drag race for the hell of it. I dont’t want to have to go in to a specific mode to do that because then it has lost all of its appeal.
The Horizon 1 & 2 world just feels really dead and static and it is such a shame because I’m really liking the game in the other aspects. TDU was a better experience though. Makes me wonder why they can’t copy an old concept?
I was hoping for it to be more like Test Drive Unlimited.The free roam feels like a after thought and rushed. Its a big let down to me…Hopefully they can vastly improve this. PLEASE please I hope they will
I think OP’s talking about the 360 version guys… And yes, in the 360 version there are no public lobbies and only 8 player access. I hope they’ll make an update where they fix this, i want to continue my clubs in H2 and try and get sone more peoplee to join. Oh well, only 1 night away from getting it, we’ll see how it ends up going

I’m also hoping there will be an update for online free roam and to fix some of the other issues soon, like the freezing when selecting cars from the pause menu 
Looks pretty good on my xbone. Although it could have been a little better
12 players in free roam is WAY to little, so much for next gen.
