The game has really screwed it up this time.
I own Lake Lodge House.
If I look at my map, it says I own Lake Lodge House.
If I go to Lake Lodge House, it says I can buy it!
If I try to buy it for zero credits (I am a VIP), it says I already own it!
Aaaaarrrrgggghhhh!!!
An update…
Seeing a response to MrEff1618’s problem (https://forums.forza.net/turn10_postst150329_-ANSWERED--Still-Not-Getting-Double-Forzathon-Points-For-Owning-Lake-Lodge-House.aspx), I set a different house as my main (I normally use Fairlawn Manor as my home). After that, the map showed that I did not own the house, so I went back, but it still won’t allow me to buy it, saying I already own it!
PS: Why are the Forza forums so slow?
Another update…
The game has lost the fact that I bought the Ultimate version of Forza Horizon 4!
I tried to swap cars, but was told I couldn’t because it was a DLC car that I hadn’t bought.
To see just how badly they’ve screwed my account, just look at the User Profile on the posts in this thread.
First post shows I’m Tier 12, with 22226 points, and I’ve been driving since 2008.
Second post says I’m only Tier 4, with a measly 1050 points, having been driving since 2019.
Third post once again shows my 22226 points, Tier 12 & driving since 2008.
In responce to your DLC car problem i am in the same situation
The tier and since driving is that way for everyone
Was able to rectify the problem by logging on to my XBox One. It knew I was a VIP, so it let me buy Lake Lodge House for zero credits. Hooray!
I then went into a Forzathon, and the game crashed half-way through. Boo!
Went back to my PC, and all is well.
