OMG.. The rewinds feels like something from the early 00's!

Wow. Should I be impressed? The replay fuction in both FH3, FH4 (and all other FH-series), togheterh with FM-series feels like…well like crap. Everyting is totally static. No drivebyes in FH and just static, boring, ugly replays of the car - with absolutely no movement camera → car. Well…panning (wow!). This is not a replay functionality I want from such a modern game. I want fluid floating cameras behind my car, and to the side of the car…from distance and near. Like the replay in Project Cars 2, and some bits of FM7 where a camera is following the car. Yes, its an open world, but is that really the reason we dont have better replays (and the replay function when freeroaming is a joke in itself…rewind x times and the choose replay…hahahahahah).

I also miss more sounds and feeling in the cockpit. Loose gravel, small parts of stone hitting the car. Also the cockpit is totally static. No movement to mention.

There is no RAW sensation of the car, of the engine of…well anything. :frowning:

Is this for kids only? Wow…new t-shirts…

did I mention loading times, and the annoying thing with that you have to press “A” to load the game in XB1? Why?

I jsut found this thread in the forum: https://forums.forza.net/turn10_postst130390_An-IMPORTANT-visual-feature-for-FORZA-HORIZON-4-to-fix-lacking-SENSE-OF-SPEED.aspx
This is SO important, and the lack of it in FH4, FM7 etc is…just weird. Static, static, static.

Happy New Year!

I disagree about cockpit view, there is plenty of extra movement. Not to mention if you slide, it’s like an earthquake.

I disagree about cockpit view, too. I get motion sickness sometimes from all the bouncing. I really like this cockpit view.

Agree about how poor replay mode is, tho. I seem to remember replay being way better in the 2000’s. Horizon just started out bare bones and it’s never improved on.

Like the “special paint” section, where 95% of my use is carbon fiber or aluminum polished. There are a few wheels with a finish identical to aluminum polished at 0.00 sat 1.00 brightness, but rougher. Not eerily mirror-y like aluminum polished is. The standard paint options lack depth. Something is wrong with all of the two-tone paints. None of it has changed since H2.
