How are these actually judged? Downloaded and observed or just going off of the pictures?

Just off the pictures, which is why it’s important to take clean, clear pics of your entry. Your pictures look great, well to me anyway.

What time does the winners get announced tomorrow
So… What happens if you just submit it with the description in-game then never put it in here?
Maybe that’s why my pictures get no views (meaning they never get judged) in the photo contests: I never bother posting them here because I thought they were judged in the game.
If you tagged it properly, the judges will see it. Other users may not though unless they specifically go looking for the photos with the current LivRev tag.
I’m not too sure about that: several times now I’ve not had a single download on my submitted paints, implying no judges ever evaluated them unless they do it without downloading.
