Just noticed a player using Traffic Bus as their car. Is this some sort of glitch or are we able to obtain the traffic cars?

Most likely on PC and has modified some files. Very stupid to go online with the bus, as they may permanently ban the gamertag if someone reports it.
The fact that the servers don’t automatically detect stuff like this is amazing. What’s to stop people doing less obvious mods, like a massive engine and handling upgrade?
