Not receiving Forza Rewards after downloading in-game

Today, I redeemed my rewards of 600,000 CR on FH2 on Forza Rewards. I went in-game, downloaded it off of the gifts section in social and then it didn’t add to my total. It stayed at approx. 700,000 CR and didn’t rise to 1.3m CR. Never had this happen before, contacted Xbox Support, they told me to delete my my gamertag off of my Xbox One and then add it back. Did that, synced game data fully. Still nothing.

If anyone has any answers for this they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Also, wasn’t sure where to put this, I just put it here since it’s the game I’m having the problem on.

I don’t have much to add to this, but if it’s Forza related then it’s probably best to to go to Xbox, their deleting the profile of the console suggestion is just a waste of time.

I see a couple people today having some issues with the rewards today, you may just need to wait it out a little longer and the rewards might come to you
