Not pleased with the treatment of reported issues

This is a small rant about the way devs are handling reported issues.

It’s cool we have a forum to report issues with the game but tbh, if you
look through the “known issues” section and you know about the very important
problems this game has (not gonna list them all again here, we all know them now after over one and a half year) you’ll clearly see that those are not listed.

Also you barely to never get any response to them, but on the other side to less important stuff like for example liveries, achievements etc. there’s most of the time a fast interaction.

What about the still horrible, inconsistent performance of this game?
The messed up server connections, disconnections during races, lag in qualifying,
loading wrong tracks, audio problems, missing frame generation, bad implemented RTAO and RTGI?

I think it’s really time that these things work as intended, every other game developer,
even much smaller teams are able to do that stuff flawless, so what’s going on here?

We finally need some answers, a roadmap, whatever.
But just ignoring people that bring these things to attention, does really leave a bad taste.

Response to the livery side of the game is far from a “fast interaction”. From my experience there has been ZERO interaction/response to any of the many tickets I & others have sent since launch. Not a single one reported has been fixed as far as I’m aware so I don’t know where you got that from.

At least they’re in the known issues lol.
But i wish you would’ve more to say than just that, because this clearly missed the
point of this post.

I get it, they do what they think is priority then say they listen to the community, just picked up on that as being an example because I spend the vast majority of my time on the game at the moment painting cars, which is currently not much fun.
A “Known issue” doesn’t really mean much other than they have acknowledged there’s a problem, if they fix it is another issue altogether.

I dont know how long this game will continue to be updated, but I do know that it will never change.
