Does anyone who opened a support ticket have received a response ? I have the impression that nobody at Microsoft is working on the FH4 crash …
I received last response on Oct 1st.
On the response, they suggested that i report the crash issue using Feedback hub app.
So i did it and reply with the title of the feedback.
But still i have not received any response.
I submit a ticket through the support link, after sitting on a chat session with Microsoft support last night for almost two hours. They let me know MS is pushing the game devs (hahaha) to get more information, but I have little faith…
I sent a ticket about the on screen prompts baring no relation whatsoever to the buttons on my wheel, ie button 1 gives a button 8 prompt.
Reply stated that was by design, I replied to that, it was a totally useless design and the person who came up with it needed training.
Any game that has screen prompts for buttons to push, labels them with the correct assignments you made, not some random scheme thought up by an idiot.
I’ve raised two tickets and so far with there’s been no help returned from support
I finally got the following pathetic response from support today which shows they hadn’t even read the description of my issue properly. This lack of support is disgusting considering how much I’ve spent on this game.

What is “The FH4 crash?”
Yes two three tickets got replies on two from “Nitro Glitter.” Ahem. Anyway. One was my fault and the other is a known issue with Xbox custom controller mappings.
Give them some time guys. What’s your ticket number? My latest was 2100 or something. They need some time to investigate and fix things. A week is the very minimum for a patch to come out.
Well they have that new support page, but i guess not enough staff. I guess they have thousands of support tickets on there now combined with over 31 pages of technical difficulties posts on this forum. This launch is far from anything succesfull.

At that point I knew I was not going to get a solution and (as mentioned many times now) got a refund.
It’s been tough as I have dreamed of enjoying this game since it was announced, but as days go by it is clear the fix might never come.
This is the third Forza with a disastrous launch; that should tell you something. But they make sure the demo works brilliantly; that should also tell you something.
Over 2000 is a lot of tickets. I started at a company once and they had like 500 open tickets, it was bad and took weeks for them to catch up. I doubt that have a large staff doing this at the moment. Don’t waste time chatting with MS support, It is really awful and they don’t know anything. Reading off a script. It’s pathetic. MS itself is not going to know anything about troubleshooting a game. Some techs just go through the motions, in my experience most unfortunately. It really depends on who you get and how dedicated they are.

You have to remember that for for everyone that has a legitimate support issue there’s probably 5 that could have been solved by reading some of the numerous threads on here or just thinking first
Wow, guess my new crash bug (not related to the existing one) with number #4481 is going to take some time before even being recognized.
my ticket number is 3645 its has been 4 days still no reply.
