Today when I try to connect to server where was some error. So I did try second time and I connect properly but I didn’t get any rewards for final week (driver gear and car).
I did try connect and reconnect few times but I didn’t get anything.

This happened a few weeks back and I lost a suit I had not got in the process. I would not expect it to appear to be honest as mine never did.
I have the same issue , no driver suit and no astin marmin for me too
I never received the suit but got the car first time this has happened
Didn’t get the suit or db11 either, first time that’s happened
I had the same issue as OP. FM servers couldn’t be reached, tried again later, no rewards.
This on Xbox One X, I’ve booted it, re-booted it and unplugged it, and still no rewards.
So… i didnt get reward again. This game is really… really… broken.
I’ve got one account that has now, two months in a row, not received final week reward or monthly reward. Other accounts get them. Never have seen a server issue. It’s like it singles out various game tags to take the same dump on. I’m just glad it’s a game, and not significant to life existence
