Ive been playing FH3 now for a while and have unlocked the bounty drivatar perk, yet I haven’t seen a single bounty drivatar while in free roam? They show up when I’m racing with the little symbol above the car but never have I seen one in free roam. I don’t have Xbox live gold membership, is that why I don’t get high credit scoring drivatars?
I’ve heard they happen more in lower class cars but not sure about this. I have gold and the perk unlocked yet they are pretty rare for me as well. I’ve only seen 2 since unlocking.

I am not sure about this as when was driving my S1 GTR and S1 Raptor I saw loads of them. Since I have been concentrating on the A-C classes i have not seen as many.
I’d say I see one at least every hour, probably more often. I’m level 390 and have unlocked everything, that might have something to do with it.
I’m also getting drivatars for hiring almost as often, but they are always low level.

I have noticed a drop in the bounties, I only seen 2 over the space of 3 days. Granted I wasn’t on the game for hours but I have noticed how less often they are now to how many their was when I started the game last year
I’m S1 and S2 I see a tonne of bounty drivatars around. A class and below doesn’t seem to spawn as many though. Also have noticed that when doing a championship more seem to float around as do the drivatars for hiring if that helps
