Nah I haven’t gotten it yet either. You def aren’t alone on it.
Try a reset of your console hopefully that should get you your credits. As for your burnt biscuits add bacon, bacon makes everything better.

LOL… I love it. He could also just scrape the char and slather some gravy on the remains.
But on a serious note, haven’t gotten mine yet either. But its cool. They will come.
Redeemed earlier today, before noon, (central time) and still haven’t gotten it, but I am sure servers are overloaded from it, so give it a day or so to filter out.

Didnt get mine either
Make sure you back out to the very first screen in Forza 5. Then press the guide button to get back to dash. On the large Forza 5 tile press menu button (old start button) and choose quit.
Cold reboot your console by holding power button for 5 seconds.
When it has fully powered down restart the console and start FM5.
If the gift message still does not arrive try this method again in 12 and 24 hours.
Has anyone actually got their money after they had a problem?
Yes. I have. My progress was as follows:
I claimed my rewards pretty much when they went live. (I think this was about 5 hours before the dlc was announced and around 9 hours before the update went live.
I left my console on auto update overnight hoping it would download the FM5 update. It did not. I started FM5 hoping for the update. Nothing ie no update and no rewards.
I turned my console back to energy save mode and auto update off, rebooted and started FM5 and got the update. The update completed to 100%, I started my game and received the gifted money message and received the money.
Never got mine either but not worrying too much T10 usually get this stuff sorted pretty quick plus I’ve already got way to many credits lol
20 hours later and still don’t have mine. also my gallery section on the site is now not showing any Forza 5 photos I’ve taken. Wonder if they are related (server?)
Same I also haven’t gotten my rewards that I redeemed last night and today I tried looking in my gallery and it won’t show anything either, hopefully this gets fixed by the end of today cause I really want my rewards

I haven’t got mine. Resetting everything hasn’t helped. They must just be playing favorites lol
