I PLAYED THE DEMO AND PLAYED THE GAME BY THE CUT OFF AND NEVER GOT THE UNICORN I GOT OTHER UNICORN CARS BUT NEVER THE RAPTOR AND I LIKED THE CAR FROM FORZA 4
Unlike Forza 4, you will not get cars imported from the previous game from Forza. If you have a Saleen S5S Raptor on your Forza 4 garage, it will not be imported on Horizon. Other things like participating in community events or photo contests and livery contests can get you a unicorn car.
Oh, and liking the car will not make you get it…

Go to news section, click on that read, and, at the end of that read, there will be a link to that.
To follow it, you just have to go to the News Discussion section on the top of these Forums, and you should see the thread. Click on it, and you will see where it is at. Another way is to “like” the first poster, or anyone really, so then you click on your name, go to stats, likes, and BOOM, you’ll see it.
Anyways, looking to the thread is the simplest, and easiest way to do it.
