Network Diagnostics Error

I am unable to play online, yet my PC is connected to the internet via wifi. it says my region is “western Europe”, but i am in Queensland Australia.
i am getting the following error message:

"Unable to join session.
for support with this issue please visit our forums at etc.

Region: West Europe (0.552s)

Failed to resolve the server address. check your DNS settings and try again"

i don’t know how or where to check my DNS settings.

Hi there I’m not on pc but I have had the DNS error before with my xbox one the only fix I could get to work was disconnecting my computer from my network then unplugging my router for a couple of minutes then plugged it back in then set my network up again this might not work for pc but you never know. I hope this helps.

personally I have this problem pretty much everytime I first start the game and what I do is what’s shown here with CMD run as admin.
