You have to do something about the tractor in B-class. Last weekend i raced on one of my favourite rally tracks, full lobby with 2 tractors i´m in my renault. 3 laps i finished 3rd 28 seconds behind the 2 tractors and i had a good race no major misstakes. It was just us 3 out of 12 players who could finish the race before the timelimit ended the race.
I´m not the best racer but i´m far from the worst. I usually end online races in position 1-4. I really don´t care if i finish a race in first or last position as long as i have a good time, relax and chill. But this was just ridiculous.
It´s a racing game not an overpowered farming game.
Yeah, the Track Tor is a horrible car to race. Even if you can keep up with it, it’s ludicrous size means it can knock you off the track and get in your vision ( if like me you play in 3rd person). It could lose 5 seconds a lap on lost tracks and still be competitive.
They should get a new team in the PG offices if you ask me. There’s something not quite right about these people. How can you make a game with amazing physics, and weather effects, and not be able to code a sort routine for the cars in the menus? Sort routines are one of the first things that you learn in programming, and car physics would be one of the last… apart from simulating the Universe, and Ai.
Indeed. If it were an overpowered farming game, the TrackTor would have a large farming tool attached to the back which would leave a trail of tall corn in its wake. And which could be swung around to bash anyone who managed to get close. They should totally add that instead of nerfing it.
stop dreaming, after they’ve killed online road and dirt A class races with the Bone Shaker , they’ve decided to kill online B dirt races with the Track-Tor;
now we are just waiting to see what will be the car to kill S1 races …
I’m starting to suspect that this has something to do with some kind of deal with BBC’s Top Gear because, let’s be honest here, if the track-tor wasn’t an overpowered beast for B class dirt you would have already forgotten it the same day you unlocked it.
I agree with all the people here but see the key is this. Those things dont do well on sprints, especially not freeroams. Pick the right rooms to join and you’ll be fine. If there are scramble B class dirt rooms, I skip them. The season that thing really murders in is winter, you may be able to steal some freeroams but races in the winter against it, forget it
That may be true for Bone Shaker and other classes, but no other car is as dominating as Track-Tor is. I have faster times with B700 Track-Tor than I do with A800 Shelby Daytona, that’s just not right, man. I’m glad they mentioned balancing on stream and although they didn’t say they’ll do it, at least they’re looking into it so there’s hope they might do something about it to make B class fun again. That thing is literally 10 seconds faster on a 2 minute race than anything else in the same class lol.
It’s not just B-class, but C and D racing/leaderboards have been more or less hijacked as well. This John Deere nonsense is far, FAR worse than BS… funny/sad to think how just a few weeks ago we thought how bad and awful a problem BS was…now I just shrug. It really sort of stings to have been pineing away for open class rivals since launch, and to finally get it but along with it comes a slap in the face from a BS x3, and its not even a CAR! Just some awful wreck. Shoulda seen it coming, though; all those blue tractors parked haphazardly all across the map? They all say “TURBO” on the side.
They will not do that, they didn’t it with the bone shaker and they will not do it with the tractor, unfortunately the only way to win is also to run with a tractor.
Locking OP cars from online (keep those for solo ) + putting those to dedicated rivals would mostly resolve the issue without much work and/or killing existing rivals scores.
That and find a way to keep people from blocking your path. Anytime i’m behind one in a freeroam, they wont allow me to pass. They brake which causes me to slow down and then they speed off. Freeroam needs the ghosting feature
